Was PayPal cut out of Apple Pay because of Samsung partnership?   Alongside the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and its eponymous smartwatch, Apple used its September event in Cupertino to reveal Apple Pay, its digital wallet technology.Like with Apple CarPlay, there were plenty of third parties ready to integrate the technology. PayPal, however, was not among them.
