Samsung and AT&T are launching a rugged new flip phone soon   AT&T is preparing to launch three new devices, including two phones and a touchscreen Wi-Fi hotspot, this Friday, October 10.Most interesting is the Samsung Rugby 4, an aptly-named rugged and durable handset - and an honest-to-goodness flip phone.It doesn't have LTE support, but it does use 4G HSPA+ as well as AT&T's business-focused Enhanced Push-to-Talk (EPTT).The Rugby 4 will be available starting this Friday for $100 with a two-year contract, $270 off-contract, or $1 for new and upgrading customers who sign up for a two-year EPTT plan.
