Review: Pipo W2   IntroductionI remember about four years ago when I finally got hold of a cheap Android tablet straight from a Chinese vendor.I literally got what I paid for, which was not a lot. It shipped with Android 1.6 (Donut), was poorly assembled and the hardware was barely powerful enough to run Google's then-novel OS. Add a resistive display that had a life of its own, and it is fair to say that it made for a sour experience.Microsoft is roughly at the same stage with its new generation of ultra-affordable tablets, based on Windows 8.
